Full-time relax

Boracay was our last island before going to Manila and then to Poland.

We took the flight from Cebu to Caticlan Jetty Port – the small airport located at the sea side. After landing we took the booked in advance transfer bringing us directly to our hotel in Boracay – Bamboo Beach Resort & Restaurant. The hotel is situated between Station 2 and 3 – the center of the island.

Bamboo Beach Resort & Restaurant, we paid 6 027,06 PHP for 4 nights without breakfasts

The island is divided into 3 Stations, naming coming from the boat stations situated at the White Beach.

Boracay was the most crowded island we visited during our trip around the Philippines but actually it didn’t bother us to chill at the beach and enjoy our holidays :)

There are a lot of attractions in the island starting from the zip-line, going through the island hopping, scuba diving and ending with bars, shops and restaurants.
We also chose to take part in the island hopping which was quite short but at least we visited a very nice beach located on the northern part of Boracay Island – Puka Shell Beach.

Boracay is a great place to admire beautiful and picturesque sunsets. Every evening before the sunset time a lot of people gather at the beach to take the best pictures of the setting Sun. I also tried ;)

Sunset in Boracay

While waiting for the sunset we spent our time mostly on sunbathing, swimming in the sea and having massages. I didn’t mention that massages are very cheap in the Philippines – for 1 hour of the full body massage I was paying between 300 and 400 PHP.

Proud of my Hello Kitty bought in Boracay ;)

Boracay is a good choice for everyone: families, couples, bacpackers and adventure seekers. The variety of the places and services offered by the local people is amazing and I am sure evry person will enjoy staying in the island :)
